What is Alternative Dispute Resolution?
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) gives consumers the possibility of turning to official entities that help resolve or guide them through conflicts, without resorting to court proceedings. These entities act as intermediaries and can suggest solutions, impose decisions, or facilitate mutual agreements.
This process is usually quicker, less formal, and less expensive than traditional litigation.
