Damages and Issues

We carefully inspect all items before shipping. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon receipt at support@the-houseoffoxy.com. Include photos and a description of the issue. Our team will resolve the matter promptly, either through a replacement, repair, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are ineligible for return, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.
  • Sale or discounted items.
  • Gift cards.

Extended Holiday Returns

Purchases made between December 10 and December 25 are eligible for return until January 5. Items must be unworn, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

EU customers have the right to cancel or return purchases within 14 days of delivery for any reason. To qualify, items must be returned in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Please contact us to arrange your return, and ensure proof of purchase is included.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method. Note that bank or card provider processing times may vary.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns due to change of mind or incorrect sizing, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping.
