Our bags are made to last, however taking good care of them will make a difference in the long run. Remember – leather is a luxury material that should be treated with care and love.

Hardware

The House of Foxy uses gold-coloured hardware to avoid losing clarity and colour if handled with special care. Please avoid contact with liquids, creams, alcohol, cologne, and disinfectant. These substances might damage the texture of the hardware as well as the leather. To minimize possible damage, we recommend wiping the stained area with Vaseline using small strokes and then wiping with a damp cloth.

Leather

To maintain the overall appearance and life of your leather bag:

• Avoid overfilling it with heavy items
• Avoid direct and over-exposure to light
• Avoid contact with cosmetics, water or heat
• Regular maintenance like spot cleaning and removing dust with a soft cloth will help maintain its appearance

Special care for light-coloured bags:

• Avoid contact with darker-coloured materials
• Wipe regularly with a soft, dry cloth
• Store in the provided dust bag in a dry place
